Our Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days. Note that the cut-off time for placing orders is 6 PM PST. Orders received after this time will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time: Expect your order to arrive within 4 to 7 days on average. Free shipping is available for orders over $200. For orders under $200, there's a flat shipping fee of $15. Please note that we currently only ship within the United States; international shipping is not available.

3. Shipping Method: Most orders are shipped via third-party freight carriers, typically using an 18-wheeler for delivery.

4. Freight Carrier Orders: If your order includes items shipped via a freight carrier, we will contact you to schedule a curbside delivery time. Ensure that your correct phone number is provided at checkout for smooth coordination.

5. Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email verifies that your order has been received and your credit card has been approved for purchase. Your card will not be charged until the item has shipped, except in cases of backorders where we may need to hold an item for you.

6. Processing Your Order: As soon as your order is received on our end, we begin processing it for shipment.
