- Return Deadline: Items are eligible for return within 30 days of purchase. Returns post-30 days will not be accepted.
- Shipping Fees: We will cover return shipping costs if the item is defective or incorrect. However, for returns due to a change of mind, you'll bear the shipping cost.
- Faulty Products: Notify us within 30 days if the item is defective or not functioning, and we will assist with a cost-free return. Upon inspection, you'll receive a replacement or a full refund, inclusive of shipping costs.
- Voluntary Returns: If you reconsider your purchase, returns are accepted within 30 days. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs. Ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging. A refund will be issued, excluding the shipping fees, upon receipt and inspection.
- Refund Process: After receiving and inspecting the returned item, a confirmation email will be sent, and a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
